Your data may be transferred to a third country without an adequate level of data protection if this is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures (Art. 49 para. 1 b DS-GVO).

Storage Period (Art. 13 para. 2 a DS-GVO)

Personal data will be deleted six months after completion of the application process in accordance with Section 61b para. 1 ArbGG in conjunction with Section 15 AGG.
If included in the applicant pool, data will be deleted after two years if no suitable position can be offered.
In the event of employment, the required data will be transferred to the personnel file.

Right of Access, Rectification, Erasure, Restriction, Data Portability and Objection (Art. 13 para. 2 b DS-GVO)

As a data subject, you have the right at any time to obtain access to, rectification and erasure of your data, as well as restriction of processing, and the right to data portability. Please contact the controller using the contact details provided above.
